For more than 30 years, Andraos Construction has proudly served the Colorado Front Range as a family-owned commercial concrete, asphalt, and masonry contractor based in Denver. We’ve built lasting relationships with property management companies, homeowner associations, general contractors, developers, and asset managers by delivering quality work, responsive service, and projects our clients can count on. As a family business, we take pride in treating every project as if it were our own and every client as a long-term partner.
Our own crews handle concrete flatwork, curb and gutter, and ADA sidewalks, and we manage every asphalt, masonry, and snow-melt scope directly through our trusted trade partners. Either way, one Andraos team owns the schedule, quality, and warranty from start to finish.

Robert
I bring more than 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and take pride in delivering quality workmanship and dependable service on every project. My focus has always been on building lasting relationships and providing results that stand the test of time.
Ray
Being the founder of Andraos Construction in Colorado since 1993. Ray is second generation mason and concrete contractor has 40+ years in the construction industry specializing in the masonry and concrete industry. Working on both residential projects and commercial projects. Ray serves in estimating and customer relationship. He loves his work and the people he works with.
Beth
With 33 years of experience in the construction industry, I am proud to serve as Office Manager, supporting both our team and our clients. I oversee daily office operations, manage invoicing and accounts payable, and help ensure projects stay organized and on track behind the scenes. I take pride in providing dependable support, maintaining strong attention to detail, and contributing to the quality, professionalism, and service our company is known for.
Lucas
I am the Lead Estimator and Project Manager at Andraos Construction. My expertise includes completing comprehensive take-offs and estimates derived from plans and blueprints, and conducting on-site meetings to design creative solutions for concrete, masonry, and asphalt issues. I take great pride in my ability to manage the "big picture" of a project, overseeing every detail from the initial estimating stage to final completion.
Shawn
Shawn brings years of versatile, hands-on construction expertise to the Andraos Construction team. With a diverse background spanning many project types and trades, he combines sharp analytical skills with practical field knowledge to handle everything from initial budgeting to final project delivery. As both a Project Estimator and Project Manager, Shawn leverages his comprehensive industry experience to provide accurate pricing, seamless scheduling, and high-quality execution.

I am a Construction Superintendent with more than 35 years of experience overseeing commercial and residential projects from planning through completion. I take pride in delivering quality workmanship, keeping projects on schedule, and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

I have two years of experience providing office support to the Andraos Construction staff, and I am highly motivated by treats. My professional background focuses on maintaining a stress free atmosphere within the office. I excel at greeting team members and am always eagerly waiting for my next reward.
